La Petit Bessou is a secluded and detached traditional 90 square metre stone cottage with its own swimming pool suitable for up to 4 guests with private access and parking. The south-facing gite has a tranquil setting with lovely views from the spacious garden over the rolling countryside.

 

La Petit Bessou has a cosy feel with brossage style stone walls, wooden beams and a stone hearth with a log burning stove. The ground floor features a corner kitchen with a full-size cooker, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a dining area and a lounge complete with comfortable sofas, a TV and  Wi-Fi.

The master double bedroom is also on the ground floor with an ensuite shower room and WC. The property features a spacious second shower room and WC on the same floor which is a converted prune oven and circular in shape which many guests enjoy. The first floor has been modernised for a comfortable stay but retains a traditional feel with the original low oak beams. .

Guests spend most of their time enjoying the large private garden which features a pretty patio and space for al fresco dining overlooking the French countryside - a gas barbecue is provided and the large south-facing French doors allows for easy access between the garden and kitchen. The garden also has plenty of space for games or simply relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet.

The well-maintained private swimming pool measures 11x5 meters with Roman steps allowing easy and safe access to the water. The pool is well-suited to youngsters and non-swimmers with the first 4 meters measuring 1m in depth and it is easy to supervise from the patio. The pool area is well-furnished with sun-beds, tables, chairs and inflatables.
